Shipping Information

Most Villa International furniture is shipped from our California manufacturing facility. Once shipped, transit times generally vary from 1-6 business days across the United States.

Because of their large size, most furniture ships on pallets. After your furniture is carefully quality-checked & tested, it is packaged and boxed. Our furniture typically ships fully assembled.

Important note: It is the full responsibility of the receiver to notify the delivery driver of any damages, or else the receiver may be responsible for the damage, even if it is concealed.

Shipping to residences can incur extra fees. Since our furniture is shipped on a pallet via freight carrier, deliveries are generally considered “back of truck” delivery and require shipping docks and forklifts. Delivery trucks usually need to make special arrangements to deliver to residential locations.

Other shipping fees are subject to delivery location. Special delivery services that incur extra fees include, but are not limited to: Residential Delivery, Lift-gate Service, Inside Delivery, Limited Access (military, government, construction sites). Consignee is responsible for all fees.
