Terms & Conditions
No merchandise shall be returned or accepted for credit except upon prior written authorization from Villa International. Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier selected by Villa International, unless otherwise instructed. Returns must be shipped in their original box and packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted under any circumstances. Obsolete or discontinued merchandise is not eligible for return in any instance.
Claims resulting from losses, shortages, or damage in transit must be acknowledged on the delivery papers at receipt. Unless so noted on the delivery papers at receipt, adjustment for losses, shortages or damages will not be honored. Any concealed losses, shortages, or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery and concealed damages are not guaranteed to be covered.
Villa International does not cover any “to-or-from” delivery charges. The warranty does not apply to items that in Villa International’s judgement were subjected to any form of abuse, misuse, neglect, alterations, or any damages caused by shipment, storage, accidents, fire, flood, or natural disaster.
The warranty does not apply to soiling to or normal wear-and-tear. Customer is responsible for maintaining the features and functionality of the product by performing regular maintenance and inspection of all parts. Regular care is a requirement of all Villa International items. Failure to do so may cause improper breakdown of parts or upholstery, and will not be covered under the warranty.
Upholstery: Leather is a natural product and therefore natural variation of grain, color, or texture may occur.
Warranty applies to the original party acquiring the item only.
Villa International products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not apply to a failure resulting from intentional damage, accidents, negligence, improper cleaning, exposure or unreasonable use. Villa will not be responsible for loss of time or use of vehicle or any other consequential expenses.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Subject to the warranty limitations stated above and available only to the original purchaser, Villa warrants the frame against failure or breakage under conditions of ordinary use.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Subject to the warranty limitations stated above and available only to the original purchaser, this one-year limited warranty applies to the springs, cushion materials, upholstery fabrics, leather, and any metal mechanical parts. These items are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
Should a warranty issue arise, please contact our warranty department at (562) 404-8111 for instructions and procedures. Evidence of ownership such as a sales invoice or other document of purchase will be required. All repairs covered under warranty will be made free of charge and will be completed within a reasonable time after Villa has received the defective merchandise. If the merchandise is to be returned, the Villa warranty department will issue a return authorization number that should be referenced with your package.
The original purchaser will be responsible for the packing and the transportation charges to and from the Villa factory. Our address is:
